Project description
Illuminated intervention to the Central Station railway viaduct and underpass at the River Taff in Cardiff.
Animation and colour follow the daily routine direction and intensity of people movement into and out of the city by foot, cycle, train and car.
LED luminaires generating the illumination minimise the carbon footprint of the installation.
