Red October Residence Showroom
Design concept of a showroom for real estate marketing at the "Red October Residence" (penthouses, retail and office areas for sale) including info and individual consulting offices. The Red October Residence is an historical chocolate factory, built in the end of the 19th century and placed in central Moscow . Situated by the Moscow River, opposite the city's main cathedral and with views of the Kremlin, the Red October factory - Krasny Oktyabr in Russian - sits on some of the most expensive real estate in Russia.
The Showroom was meant to be integrated into the historical building complex at first. Now a golden cube is to be swimming in the Moswka River. For marketing these exclusive real estate properties, lots of technical and multimedia innovations will be included in the interior concept. LED stripes in the inner and outer surface of the cube will lighten the nights and will make this "pending" showroom to a symbol of the "golden era and luxury lifestyle".
